Shipping

We will soon offer a Flat Rate Shipping Charge. USPS Priority Shipping will be approximately $24 in the USA and $80.00 International (prices subject to change – Rate increase as of Jan 2014). Delivery time ETA is 10 business days for Domestic and 14 days for International. Signature confirmation is required. No P.O. Boxes please.

DOMESTIC DELIVERY PROCEDURES:

All in stock orders from bluvand.com are processed and prepared for shipping the next business day between the hours of 9:00am and 5:00pm (EST), Monday through Friday, via USPS service taking from five to 15 business days depending on your distance from us.  The courier will ask the recipient to sign for the package to confirm delivery.
Please report any discrepancies of the package contents within 48 hours of receipt by e-mailing support@bluvand.com

If your package is returned back to our office for any reason we will contact you via email and phone to let you know that it was returned back to us. There is a $25.00 reshipping and handling charge to send your package back out to you.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY POLICY:

International customers will be required by their country to pay duties and taxes before they receive their package. These rates vary by country. Please take note of this extra cost, as it is not included with your BluVand Innovations merchandise and shipping charges. BluVand Innovations is not responsible, nor can offer any specific advice regarding custom duties and taxes. For specific information, please consult with your local government import office.

BACKORDER POLICY:

An order for an item that is temporarily out of stock is called a “backorder.” When you place an item on backorder, we will ship the item to you via our regular USPS shipping as soon as it becomes available. You are never charged for a back-ordered item until it is shipped, and you may cancel an item on backorder at any time. You do not pay additional shipping for backorders. In regards to an international order, we can only ship one package per international order. If you want to receive your in-stock items right away, you must remove the backordered items from your order and re-order them when they are in stock.  In regards to an international order, we can only ship one package per international order. If your order consists of several items, one or more of which are on backorder, we cannot ship the in-stock items until the backordered items become available

RETURN POLICY:

Being of an electronic product, bluvand.com devices are all sales final.  Every item that we sell meets our highest standards for quality and performance. If your device fails or is deemed defective, we provide a one year replacement policy and will replace your unit within one year of purchase.  To facilitate the return process, you must first contact our technical support department and if they deem the unit defective, a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number will be generated and you will ship the unit back with the appropriate RMA number to our facility.  We will do final testing to confirm any failures. Our goal is to honestly evaluate every return and make a reasonable decision on every claim.
